Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Nytechx Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through nytechxcorp.com and any associated applications or tools (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, video recordings, webinar materials, software, logos, course materials, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Nytechx Corp and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our content beyond the limited license described herein.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

4.3 Your Content

If you submit, upload, or share any content through the Service, including comments, questions, or materials during webinars, you grant Nytechx Corp a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Fees

Access to certain features or content may require payment. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

5.2 Billing

Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed on a recurring basis according to the cycle selected at purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains accurate and current. Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

5.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific refund policy applicable to the product or service purchased. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all sales are final. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.

5.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchases under local law. Displayed prices may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nytechx Corp and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or fifty US dollars (USD 50).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. We may also update features, pricing, or content offerings at any time.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. 14. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Nytechx Corp with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved through other mutually agreed mechanisms. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief where appropriate.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
